f any orders are not completed for whichever reason (most likely due to the EA servers being down), they are eligible to be refunded by choice. If you wish to refund an order then please contact us through FutCoinDelivery@hotmail.com. You will be fully reimbursed within 24 hours from when the refund request was sent.
Once we have delivered your goods then no refunds are available thereafter.
